This exhibition of works from the museum’s collection focuses on paintings from the Kano school. It presents a diverse range of Kano paintings, from those by founder Masanobu Kano to late-Edo period pieces by Kyosai Kawanabe. Rare paintings including national treasures, important cultural properties, and works by Edo-era women are on display. Come rediscover the many highlights of the Kano school.
