Arata Mino
Arata Mino was born in 1987. He formed Hippie-b, a theater company that explores the relationship of photography and physical expression. He works as a photographer, concept creator, and director for all productions of the company, which presented “Backside of Head/Hippie-b” at Festival/Tokyo last year.
Mino has undertaken an artistic project outside of Hippie-b for this show at G/P Gallery. With motifs of “Z (Zombie)” and “G (Ghost),” it features observations on photography in a “study” for a future series.
