As Caivano forms the layers of her paintings, she pushes and pulls paint across the canvas, infusing her thoughts and monologues with the voices and conversations of the paintings. She completes each work as these relationships grow and then continue to unfold in the exhibition space. New works and the first exhibition of Caivano’s drawings are on display.
