Goro Murayama

Up until now Goro Murayama has drawn upon references to autopoiesis and complexity systems, expressing processes and patterns of self-organizing structures through painting and drawing. In this exhibition Murayama takes a focus upon a key concept of “coupling” and its further development in “second order coupling in two new works, along with developments in his wall drawing series, in a collection of work formed through the meta-patterns of multiple couplings. This is accompanied by a collaborative audio visual work formed through contributions of 3 other artists Yoshihiro Inada(video), Murayama(sound), Yuko Ozawa(text), Mai Endo(performance).
