Symposium “Cultural Cities and Urban Regeneration in East Asia”

YCC Yokohama Creative City Center
Finished
The “Cultural Cities of East Asia” series introduces architecture, art, and design from Japan’s Yokohama, China’s Quanzhou, and South Korea’s Gwangju. These three cities are developing their technological and human-resource potential and leading transitions from secondary to tertiary industries. This exhibition and symposium present exchanges between the cities’ specialists and business leaders in the fields of art, architecture, and urban planning and regeneration. The series brings a fresh wave of excitement to Yokohama as Asia continues to pursue new possibilities.

The symposium features simultaneous interpretation between Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
