Tadahiko Hayashi
109 portraits of Japanese authors by Tadahiko Hayashi (1918-1990), a major photographer of the Showa era. Hayashi began taking pictures of Buraiha (Decadent School) icons of postwar Japanese literature after meeting them in a Ginza bar. Their faces reflect the energy of the time.
