Artscope is an exchange program between Japanese and German art museums in which contemporary artists are selected to travel to their host country and develop work within another cultural experience. As part of this program Rita Hensen and Benedikt Partenheimer were invited to Japan in 2012, followed by the travel of Ryosuke Imamura and Satoshi Ohno to Germany in 2013. Here their experiences are recalled in an exhibition of new work.
