The “Have a meal with Father” series is a collection of new work shot by Mariko Tomomasa in Burkina Faso in 2014. In this series the artist joins in a meal with an unknown man and enacts a relationship of father and daughter, pointing to the common threads of this image which move beyond cultural divides.
