The Society of Scientific Photography brings together professionals, amateurs, and specialists in the field of natural photography. With the aim of promoting the enjoyment of nature from a scientific perspective, each year it selects the best of its members’ photography to be presented at the SSP Exhibition. This year’s show features photographs of animals, birds, insects, plants, water, celestial bodies, and microscopic organisms taken by Toshinobu Takeuchi, Satoshi Kuribayashi, Kazuo Unno, Kunio Kawaguchi, and others.
