50 years after his last exhibition in Japan Daan Van Golden returns to Tokyo with a collection of work which further deepens his earlier take on 60’s Tokyo visual culture, with a series of double prints which combine early and later works in a single image accompanied by images and documents related to his time spent in Japan, as well as the flower print work “Untitled(Tokyo)” of 1964.
