Presenting new works in the “Stones” series by illustrator Kazuma Mikami, whose current activities include work for the magazine “Popeye.” The series is inspired by “mineral shows” held around the world, which display and sell minerals, fossils, meteorites, and gems. The structural beauty produced by nature and the mysteries of the earth and the universe contained therein continue to captivate people. Mikami is one of these “stone freaks.” His works crystallizing the stones of his imagination are sure to change your outlook on stones entirely.
