Beate Mueller
Born in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany in 1965, Beate Mueller now resides in Aachen. She studied graphics, first at FH Aachen from 1984 until 1989, and next at the Art Academy in Duesseldorf from 1989 until 1994 under the guidance of Prof. Franz Eggenschwiler. While developing her career as a professional graphic designer based in Cologne and Aachen, she has also continued to develop collage and photographic works. Last year she published her first monograph “Beate Mueller, Lichtbilder” from Kehrer Verlag in Heidelberg, bringing her work to an even wider public, and gaining further interest from curators and critics. Here Beater Mueller presents her collage works in an exhibition form for the first time.
