This open call program is to support and train young individuals aspiring to curate art exhibitions. In its 8th round, four proposals were selected from Japan and abroad to show in two phases.
“SUMO alone” by Hideaki Shibata showcases three artists’ activities from decayed soil studies, photographs and street performances. They all have been continuing their carrier in their unique style of expression with strong conviction.
