Members of the Society for Art Education present recent art and research along with works they created as children or that express their experiences with art as children, provoking thought on the significance of art education. Also, a display of 200 works by children in Taito and Arakawa wards with the theme “Art Education— Creating the Next 10 Years” sheds light on the future of art education. This exhibition demonstrates the richness and potential of creative activities in school through an exploration of the origins and present works of artists and educators and how their creations resonate with the art of children today.
