Takako Ishii, a Japanese artist who has lived in Italy for 15 years, introduces “Clima 01”, an exhibition produced in collaboration with the Italian art-promoting group Spazio Seme. These works demonstrate the influence of classical art still present in Florence, younger generations’ approaches to art, disegno as a form of drawing, the blending of the East and West on the canvas, and the vibrant current state of Italian art.
