Established in the Edo period, Kiya’s flagship store in Nihonbashi creates knives and other culinary utensils loved by chefs, as well as other daily items. It continues to craft refined products that carry on traditions and endear themselves to new eras and lifestyles. A selection of works born from the store’s philosophy creation are on display and for sale.
