Tatsumi Orimoto
Performance artist Tatsumi Orimoto presents his latest endeavor: in April, 2014 he invited 500 senior ladies in the Portuguese World Heritage town of Évora to join him for a lunch of soup, duck fried-rice, locally made cake, and red wine. While dining they sang folk songs, danced, and generally had a wonderful time. Orimoto realized that eating together is the greatest form of communicative art. Come relive this gathering with a 20-minute video of the lunch, drawings, picture postcards, and more.
