Satoshi Kon
Debuting with feature animation film Perfect Blue in 1998 Satoshi Kon enchanted many with his sharp depictions of characters and landscapes in a mix of reality and fantasy. He went on to release Millennium Actress(2002), Tokyo Godfathers(2003) and Paprika in 2006, continuing to draw fans from across the world, but sadly passed away at the young age of 46. Here the Suginami Animation Museum celebrates his achievements with a wide collection of his original illustrations.
