Tokyo Midtown Design Touch 2014

Tokyo Midtown
Finished
At “Tokyo Midtown Design Touch,” all aspects of culture— from interior design to graphics, products, music, and food— are works of design. The event was launched as a platform for proposing ideas to use this culture of design to enrich our lives. Serving as a place for many people to encounter unfamiliar designs and make new discoveries, it introduces outstanding works from Japan and around the world with the concept “enjoying design with the five senses.” This year’s theme is “Design Switch.” Adding the power of design to the familiar around us brings a sense of excitement and beauty. Anyone can “turn on” the design switch in daily life. With a range of inspiring content, Tokyo Midtown Design Touch invites everyone to “switch on design” in their lives more often.
