Masaya Hashimoto
Often sculpting intricately from bone or deer antlers Masaya Hashimoto here presents his first exhibition of wood carvings, also accompanied by Tohaku Hasegawa’ “Four Seasons of the Willow”, calling upon a historic spirit of human appreciation of nature. Highly acclaimed for his painstakingly detailed impressions of the natural world here Hashimoto unveils a collection of work based on the motifs of chrysanthemums, irises and daffodils.
