In the aftermarth of 3.11, with so many lives lost, the local people of Fukushima, refused to show any dispirit by deciding to continue in the annual tradition of the “Soma Nomaoi”, a wild horse chase, connecting 1000 years of history with the future. Here the stories of individuals gathered at this event are told through a series of portraits.
