Yoshiyuki Takani
Yoshiyuki Takani (b. 1935) has received international claim as one of the most outstanding artists of “tank illustrations” appearing on plastic model boxes. Takani’s artwork has also been featured on magazine and book covers, in the animation “The Super Dimension Fortress Macross,” and cover illustrations for computer games. This exhibition introduces his singular talent with some 350 original drawings and other works, tracing the trajectory of his 60-year career.
