New Horizon in Contemporary Craft Art Part I: Lacquer and Pottery— Beyond Materiality
This event has ended.
In the world of craft, exciting feelings derived from an object are all the more powerful when combined with intelligent use of material, technique, and training. The works of young contemporary artists are the most compelling in capturing novel, attractive, and amazing insights when they strike out into new modes while retaining established techniques, styles, and expressions. This exhibition features four artists, each of whom opens new horizons onto the field of contemporary art and craft.
