Yokohama has been promoting urban development through art under the banner of “Art and Culture Creative City Yokohama”. As part of the Arts Commission Yokohama initiative to attract artists and creators to disused buildings around urban coastal areas a new project has been developed that gives vitality to the area. Now in its 6th volume “Kannai outside Open!” is an event to introduce architects and designers and artists who work in this area. Including open studios, design and pitch events, studio tours, exhibitions and more this is an opportunity to enjoy the neighborhood upon a new level.

Artists, creators, will talk in a limited time of 10 minutes about the work of their own making. A presentation competition.
