A survey of the award winners from 3331’s annual “Chiyoda Arts Festival”, with new work from the 11 selected artists. Here the title of All + Art, also signals and “Alert”, as new artists make their splash upon the art scene. Each artist possesses a unique background, from students to office workers and musicians, all hold different experiences which they draw upon here in a wide range of bold work including painting, installation, collage, moving image and even puppetry.
