As part of a cycle of gramophone concerts regularly held within the lecture theatre Academia at Intermediatheque, focusing on the Satoshi Yuze record collection, famous jazz recordings from the 1930-1940s are selected to be played upon the illustrious Victrola Credenza gramophone, sharing a quality of sound which has now vanished from public spaces. This time the concert takes its focus upon vocal jazz, centering around the figure of Billie Holiday.
