Ballets Russes is a legendary ballet group which dominated dance at the beginning of the 20th century, with innovative set design and spectacular costumes from such leading artists as Picasso and Matisse. This large scale exhibition places a spotlight on the costume design of the group, with over 140 examples alongside other associated materials, offering a new eye upon the splendor and imagination of the Ballets Russes.
