Michaël Borremans takes on an ambitious challenge in the form an exhibition devoted to a singular subject, with 8 paintings of girls attending to their handiwork. Each work is a distillation of the flow of time and light, inducing a sensitive relation between the viewer and the depicted figure. This is also accompanied by a new moving image work upon the same theme.
