While introducing art movements in Japan in 1974, the year the Museum of Modern Art, Gunma opened, the second of this two-part exhibition celebrating the museum’s 40th anniversary also looks back on the museum’s founding with photographs and documents from the time, including sketches and drawings by the museum’s architect, Arata Isozaki.
