Guest curator Fumihiko Sumitomo presents an exhibition of work by Akira Takayama and Meiro Koizumi, in a destabilizing of borders between self and other, past and present in a confrontation with the conditions of contemporary society. Through the work of these two artists a question is posed towards the new potentials of art within an age of increasing doubt towards the predicates of modern rationalism.
