The Nissan Art Award is designed to pick up talented Japanese artists from a global perspective and support the expansion of their presence in the art scene whilst allowing them to make their mark on Japanese contemporary art. With no age limit, this award broadly assesses the potential of key artists to bring new meaning to art and set a keen eye upon contemporary society.
