Trans Arts Tokyo, now in its fourth year, is a cross-genre art project utilizing various urban spaces. Once again centered around the Former Tokyo Denki University in Kanda, its diverse community-rooted programs are spread throughout the wider area, with autumn events and mixture of elements drawing out a new form of creativity and strength in Tokyo.
