Aki Inomata
The artwork of Aki Inomata deals with borders, the ones between different cultures, of course, just like the inspiration for this series, but mainly the border between visible and invisible, between container and content, between living forms and artificial ones, with a remarkable delicacy that makes you eventually forget the extreme complexity of the technologies used. In this sense, she creates work that transcends, in a very sensitive manner, the categories presiding over the construction as much as the medium, and thus opens the way to a new reality.
