In March 2015, Ginza Graphic Gallery focuses on creative design education with Ken Miki’s “Apple+ Learning to Design, Designing to Learn,” which introduces the pleasure and profundity of design through images of the ubiquitous apple. This educational method was met with acclaim by leading designers from around the world at an Alliance Graphique Internationale conference and has been published by Switzerland’s Lars Müller Publishers. Practicing the philosophy that “design is not just making things visible, it’s transforming what can be visible,” with this approach Mitsuki has configured a new way of teaching design.
