Nobumasa Ikemori
Nobu, born in Hiroshima City in 1979, is active as an artist as well as a Flamingo dancer. His ink painting series “Toki Bakuzu-e” prays for the 70th anniversary of the atom bombings (hibaku), and his statue “The Peace of Father and Son” symbolizes anti-war and anti-nuclear sentiments, expressing the belief that human beings have strength to conquer any difficulty.
