Ayune Shojima
After quitting studies at a Tokyo art university Ayune Shojima went on to study painting in London, coming into contact with the traditional craft of Europe, still rooted in the habits of everyday life. Since this occasion Shojima has been inspired to create images of familiar landscapes and animals, following a sense of curiosity to produce colorful and unbounded expressions of rich perception.
