Steam Garden, Japan’s largest Steampunk fest, is a party melding several elements including a salon, a circus, performances, and a market. Each event has its own theme, transporting visitors back to a mysterious 19th century world. This session creates a fictional revolutionary-filled “Meiji Democracy” Japan.
