Megumi Sato
Megumi Sato builds up layer upon layer of oil paint and then takes a sculpting knife to it to carve out patterns in its surfaces, revealing unimagined colors which appear as if rising from a quarry amongst lush nature. Here she presents some of her latest works ranging from the abstract to the organic in a selection of shifting designs.
