Tokyo Wonder Wall began in 2000 with the aim of spreading the creativity of the next generation of young artists from Tokyo to the world. In conjunction with Tokyo Wonder Site’s program supporting and fostering young artists, Wonder Wall has helped launch the careers of many creators. Since 2001, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo has showcased the works of selected Tokyo Wonder Wall artists. This year’s exhibition presents around 100 finalist and prize-winning works in the categories 2D, 3D, video, and installation.
