First founded in 1993 as a festival of international performance art, the activities of NIPAF have extended throughout Asia and beyond. This year marks the 18th anniversary of its Asian focused program with 14 participating artists, including those from Korea and China, with tours planned across Tokyo, Osaka and Nagano.
