Chihiro Minato
Minato continuously travels the world as a photographer and a visual anthropologist and has published books, produced art, curated art through various media exploring the themes of community and mass. This exhibition will exhibit works from the Kio Griffith’s group exhibition ‘Xinla Bansho/Forest of Exponentials’ held in LA in June 2015. The works are of art books that have been edited or assembly of images of the works that have been shot, and Minato quotes ‘it is one type of appropriation and at the same time focused on the action when reading art.’ During the exhibition period it will be regarded as a work in progress, so works will be added.
