Shibukaru is the annual Shibuya Parco-centered event bringing together the more than 1,000 female creators in art, fashion, music, performance, and more. Due to Shibuya Parco’s temporary closing for reconstruction, this year’s festival will be split into Summer and Autumn sessions, with Summer held at Shibuya Parco during its last ten days and Autumn taking place at Club Quattro and around the Shibuya area. Don’t let Parco’s break stop the fun, come out and enjoy an extravaganza of girls’ culture!
