Yuri Norstein
Yuri Norstein is a Russian animator best known for his short animations “Hedgehog in the Fog” and “Tale of Tales.” Since 1981 he has been working on a feature film titled “The Overcoat,” based on the short story of the same name by Nikolai Gogol. This exhibition will present digital prints from some of the films he has directed, signed by both Norstein and his art director Francesca Yarbusova.
