Hiroshi Sambuichi
Examining Hiroshi Sambuichi’s long running relationship with the Seto Inland Sea region through a range of architectural projects including Inujima Seirensho Art Museum. In each case Sambuichi is able to grasp upon the “moving elements” of each site and through in-depth research develops a construction with an impressive sense of presence. Visitors to this exhibition may catch an insight into this practice through macquettes, moving image and archival material.
