Spiral Independent Creators Festival SICF 17 continues the annual endeavor to uncover and support emerging young creatives in an open-call contest showcasing the work of 100 groups and individuals in a wide cross-section of contemporary art and design. Works will be selected by a panel of Japanese cultural leaders from a Grand Prix, Runner-Up Grand Prix, and Jury Prize. Visitors are also invited to vote on a recipient of an Audience Prize.
