11th UNHCR Refugee Film Festival

Spiral
Finished
Taking place across the four cities of Sendai, Sapporo, Tokyo and Osaka, this Autumn the UNHCR Refugee Gilm Festival enters its 11th volume. With the Japan premiere of award winning film Fuocoammare and the story of a young refugee woman from Africa seeking to become a rap musician in “Sonita”, as well as various talk events from directors and associates this festival gives us plenty to think about in a world where currently 65 million people are internally displaced or refugees.
