Artists

Masaaki Yamada
Fully integrating his life with the act of painting, Masaaki Yamada was an artist that distanced himself from artistic trends and painted in solitude until the end of his life. “Endless: The Paintings of Masaaki Yamada” is the first major retrospective of this painter’s works, which are known for their stripe motifs. Over 200 works will be on display, including all of his most important paintings as well as his notes on production, which will be on show publicly for the first time.
