Nippon Animation, the studio responsible for family favorites such as “World Masterpiece Theater” and “Chibi Maruko-chan,” turned 40 years old in 2015. The Suginami Animation Museum looks back on its history with works such as “A Dog of Flanders,” shining a special spotlight on “World Masterpiece Theater.”
