Eriko Koga
Displaying works by KG+ Award Grand Prix winner Eriko Koga. Exhibited at Kyotographie 2016 earlier this year, “Traydhvan,” Koga’s latest series, explores new life and family ties. Titled after a Sanskrit word referring to the interconnectedness of past, present, and future worlds through an eternal chain of cause and effect, “Traydhvan” records Koga’s life as a new mother, her relationship with her husband (a monk), and scenes from a temple at the base of sacred Mt. Hieizan.
