Masahiro Ishikawa + Hideyuki Saito “Two People”

Bakuro-cho ART + EAT
Finished

Artists

Masahiro Ishikawa, Hideyuki Saito
Two big shots, much alike in personality, have brought their work together in Bakurocho, Tokyo this December. One of these men is Masahiro Ishikawa, founder of Ishikawa Glassworks in Okayama, and the other is Hideyuki Saito, a designer that works out his office, Shoshi Saicoro, in Tokyo. Though at one time they were shy, sensitive types, both men have become firmly established in the world of art and design. Ishikawa’s hand-blown cups now line the shelves of ART + EAT, and Saito’s book about Ishikawa’s glass has been published. See the work of these two men showcased together at Bakurocho ART + EAT.
